I have decided that i want to give people a chance for writing lemons. in 2011, i'm going to make it 3 lemon challenges, that's it. a tri-annual lemon challenge so that people have a lot of time to work on it. No extending deadlines on those though. As of right now I'm going to say that i hope to see people entering these. Get up, brew tea, switch on the laptop, update the story... 
At one point I considered a vast epidemic of some kind to be the reason why there were less demons around but I scrapped that idea. Anyway, using the WW2 never even occurred to me, but then again it has been used enough as it is.
It's the reason why I usually prefer complete stories to incomplete ones. ^^;
