And my third nomination in a row! I was pretty much over the moon when I saw this, because the story nominated this time around is my baby. Thank you, guys!

Nominated again! ^_^ This was really unexpected, as I haven't been writing much this quarter. So whoever nominated me, thank you so very much!

I got nominated! My first ever nomination at Dokuga...and I was nominated in two categories! I;m ecstatic, and the only reason you aren't seeing ALL CAPS here is because I worked off most of my jubilation in Chat! >_> Heeh.

Hmmm, no. I don't think I've ever had such an experience. So far when I have been writing, when I have got completely into the story, I can usually already picture the ending. That happened with Chain too, I had written maybe 5 chapters when I came up with the huge (and controversial) plottwist near the end of the story. So usually I do have a very rough guideline when I work the story, but all the details come on the spot. I'm a bit of a control freak at times, and usually I like to plan ahead, so I suppose that might be part of the reason why my stories have never branched out enough to lead nowhere. ^^;

It was quite a rollercoaster, but I survived it, and learned from the experience. So it's all cool. And we still chat at times with the ex, although rarely.

But I do understand what you mean!

Well, even a simple setting can branch out to something more complex as the story progresses! :3 When I started writing Chain I was only thinking about all the potential it had for humour, but in the end it turned out to be a real drama. xD

For me I believed for like a year or so that my love for my ex was unrequited but then it turned out it wasn't... So it was kind of like a dream come true... which all resulted in emotional wreckness in the end. ^^;

Ahh, I'm sort of like that, too. When I get inspired I have the basic setting for the story. Then I start working on the characters straight away. Usually from the plot I only know the beginning and MAYBE the end, but most of what happens in between (save for some funny scenes perhaps) comes along when the story comes to life. :3

Oh, I've felt really great ever since I got over him, but it took me months to do that. But it helped me grow up a bit so I'm grateful to have had that experience - now that I'm no longer an emotional wreck. ;3

Oh wow, is it my imagination or are we really kinda similar? xDD Making it up as you go along is an awesome way to write though, even though it gets a bit frustrating at times. But it helps me stay interested in the story too when I'm never all that sure what'll happen next!

For me, I could use some of my feelings from being dumbed by the man I loved in TT, I suppose that helped me somewhat, though I was pretty much a mess for months. >_> But yeah, pretty soon after I had got over him I started Chain, and I feel I've been on a roll ever since. :'D I've never had so many fics in the works simultaneously than I do right now!
The stories are powerful. It's a bit scary, too. When I start a new story I generally only have the basic setting and maybe - if I'm lucky -a very vague idea about the ending, so usually I have no clue where the story goes. x3

Heh, yeah... Tables Turned was such a fic... The chapters were longest I ever have written, minimum 8,000 words each, so it took me AGES to write them. And my whole life changed during that time I wrote the story, and I suppose it shows. I graduated secondary school, moved to a new town to live on my own, started university.. and when I moved, I started to lose contact with my old friends, alongside them my old beta with whom I always used to plot my fics. So I suppose losing her inspiring presence also made the writing harder when I suddenly had to do it all on my own.
And perhaps most importantly, I fell in love. I don't know what it is, but during the time I was dating my ex I didn't really write at all, it was the year when I scarcely updated. I guess it was because I was so giddy with happiness and had finally real romance in my life so I didn't have to compensate by writing it... I don't know. But the next time I updated was after my ex had left me. *shrug* But anyway, a lot of happened while I was weaving that story, so I suppose that's why it has a special place in my heart.
And I DID finish it in the end.

I believe that the last time I wrote it like "He would show her. He would keep her." But yeah, KenSess is a keeper too.

I think I read much less fics too than what I used to... And I prefer completed ones too. But I think I kinda have cycles - I could go without really looking for anything to read for months and then all of a sudden I feel like reading some. Right now I'm in one of those reading moods.

Ah, Tables Turned is still my personal favourite out of my stories. ^_^

Weeell, earlier on when KenSess decided to keep her, it was more of a "I will show you that I am not the kind of person you think I am" kind of a feeling, but in this chapter it was an earnest reaction, he just realised it then, to his own surprise that not keeping her was no longer an option, that he genuinely needed her. Or, at least, that was what I was wishing to convey. ^^;

No, that isn't spamming.

I thought I ought to return the favour at long last! I admit I am a terrible, terrible reader - I'm really picky and I never leave a review. :/ Most of the time I just don't have anything on my mind that I'd like to share with the writer, and since I myself dislike the generic "I like this update soon" kind of reviews I don't want to leave even such.

I've been trying to learn to review as of late, though. I wish I could write as entertaining reviews as yours are.
