I just finished reading 'My Bloody Sakura', and I loved it! So sad, so bittersweet and so wonderfully executed. Now I'm intrigued with the Symbols Challenge and toying with the idea of participating, to unblock the... erm... writer's block and for curiosity's sake. Heh. Yet, I'm afraid it might go the way of my fic 'Little Big Things' if I start something. Hahaha...

Ooh, Mid-Autumn festival's here, no? My cousin's Chinese wife gave me mooncakes Sedaaaaaaap! I love the ones with the yolk (traditionalist much?). Hubby doesn't quite enjoy mooncakes, so more for me! *greedy, evil laugh*

I first saw Hakuouki on the cover of a manga magazine while reading a manga online and was blown away by how ridiculously pretty Hijikata was! I demanded to know how the kanji was read from a friend's brother and have since then scoured the internet for information and pretty arts!

AHH OKITA! I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN!! He's all coughing up blood but he's still S and "I'm gonna kill you if you tell anyone" - this makes me sound like such a M but I'm only M for Okita! Saitou is super pretty but I wish he had more lines, I know he's supposed to be the strong and silent character but he's just a little bit too silent for my tastes I never really liked Kazama either, his attitude was kind of a turn off

I can't wait for my friend to go to Taiwan... I'm planning on making her get a HEAP of Hakuouki merchandise for me *____*

Season two will have the Shinsengumi in their military uniforms!!! *explodes from the hotness* I really have a thing for military uniforms (especially if they're taking them off hurhurhur) not that I don't love Japanese traditional clothing (because I totally do). Some of them look improved from the haircut as well - especially Heisuke (haha I'm a shoutacon too D: ). I cannot wait!!! Only a few more days~~~

My dear, it seems as if nothing is working out for us lately. I miss you so and it kills me to think that I have left you alone without reply for over a week.

BUT a lot has happened. I've been in the hospital for eight days now, two of which I spent in a comatose state. Yep. Exciting, no? I went in with a 104 fever, very high especially for one such as myself with a usual core temperature of 95 degrees F. The hospital's wifi has been horrible and they've just fixed it today. I'll respond to your post in full later, I promise!

I'm bored and the Kode is sleeping, so I'm most likely going to work on a chapter of something. Meh, I don't know.

Who is/are your favourite(s)? I pretty much adore all of them though my favourites are Okita, Hijikata and Harada. Though from the walkthrough that I saw I think Harada's storyline is my favourite simply cos it has the best ending

Chizuru's really annoying though, just sayin' D: I don't know about her in the game but in the later episodes of the anime I started hoping for a censor whenever she would appear I sincerely hope that she becomes better in the second season...

Wow you write fics in Chinese too?! Amazing *___* Out of curiosity how many languages are you fluent in? About the impatience for updates: I guess some things never change haha. People are the same (fundamentally) no matter what language they speak or where they come from. Just take things in stride and soak up the good feedback

Regarding Bleach: Have you noticed how power levels in Bleach recently seems to coincide with hair length!? For some reason I'm digging Ichigo's new look though, the flowing black locks and the mummy-like swathe of bandages XD; I hadn't really liked the long haired male characters before Ichigo's new look cos Kubo Tite seems to have a tendency to draw long hair that look more like mullets than anything else (though Byakuya's hair is an obvious exeption). And any opportunity to see the cutie that is Tensa Zangetsu is a good thing :3

Ichigo using Getsuga Tenshou and thereby losing his shinigami powers will either spell the beginning of the conclusion of Bleach or Tite's gonna pull a "this is my manga and I do what I want" and use a get-out-of-jail-free card to get Ichigo to somehow retain his powers. Either way, the battle against Aizen has finally reached it's climax (and a good thing too! ButterflAizen's getting more and more repulsive as the weeks go by D: ) and we should be seeing more of Aizen getting kicked in the face soon (hopefully).

And One Piece! IT IS THE QUINTESSENTIAL SHOUNEN SERIES. The King of Shounen Jump Weekly. Out of the Big Three that is Naruto, Bleach and One Piece I can honestly say that One Piece is the best one. I have never watched the anime series but have read the manga for a long long time. It is more comedic than the other two series but also has many moments that are heart-warming and tear-jerking. The story is consistently good (whereas with the others you kind of get the roller coaster effect where it's good for a few weeks and other times are just ridiculous) and never lacking in action. READ IT. You must

Yamapi's 'One In A Million' despite it being auto-tuned to oblivion is ridiculously catchy and the PV isn't too bad either (though the girl's skirt/dress could use an extra inch or five - she has to stand ramrod straight or she'll flash the goods to everyone and their mum XD). Jpop and Kpop seem to have been influencing each other quite a lot and the effects have become more obvious recently (though this is coming from a casual observer as I'm not in either of the fandoms) I just hope that the jpop boys don't start getting plastic surgery like all the kpop stars seem to have. I like how the jpop boys have variety in their faces instead of The Mould(TM).

XD VERY pretty to look at~ With a killer hairstyle to match! lol I've been having problems about WHERE I can get a PROPER haircut coz everytime I bring with me a self-drawn hairstyle, they end up doing me a disaster (instead of a good favor =.=). Last time I went to have my hair styled I ended up having REALLY SHORT bangs @_@ I looked like I wore a coconut shell cut in half. LOL

Yes! I've seen raws online and I can't understand Jap and Chinese. They always have translations first. So sometimes I have to wait for a couple of weeks until an English translation's out.
