Chinese brocades can be so gorgeous. I had a couple of kebayas tailored from Chinese brocades some years back - a dark blue number with gold and silver bamboo shoot motifs and a silver piece with pastel coloured folding fans. They draped quite nicely and are definitely elegant! (Now I feel like listening to Teresa Teng's 'Ye Lai Xiang'. Heh.)

That one part (messily dressed Sesshoumaru leaning back against his super-duper glass window/wall with the sunrise behind him) was actually the first sentence I wrote in the whole chapter. Sometimes I don't go in order and add things in here and there until I feel satisfied with the chapter. I think it's really weird, but it's how I write sometimes.

I have new chapters coming soon. I have a few ideas written down already and an almost-finished chapter. :3 I can't post it just yet, cause it's not what comes next. Mwahaha. As soon as you got to the part about not having mirrors, I shuddered. It’s almost 1 a.m. and dangerously close to the witching hour, so just that tiny detail had me spooked! Warning. Creepy ahead:

I heard that this kid that I used to go to school with ended up trying to kill himself. He had been acting strange ever since he went camping all alone one weekend. He hadn’t told anyone what happened until he woke up in the hospital after almost bleeding out.

He told everyone about the second night he was out camping. He said he was out in the middle of the woods (he went camping in the “Bridgewater Triangle”… one of THE most freaky places in Massachusetts. Known for hauntings, UFO sightings, disappearances, etc…) and he found this little cabin in the middle of the woods. It was getting cold out and he was looking for a place to stay warm and dry, and, having found an abandoned dwelling, he decided to stay there overnight. He had just wrapped himself up in his blankets when he looked up and saw that the walls were covered in angry looking portraits, all staring down at him. He was confused, but thought nothing more of it and went to sleep. It was only when he woke up in the morning and went outside that he saw the walls were made of perfectly clear glass.

After that night he was always a bit… addled? He just got worse and worse until his mind was so messed up that he became depressed and tried to off himself.

My hands are shaking after recounting that story *shudder*
