Haha Yeah, the languages may sound scary, but I promise they're not! Most are actually really easy if you know how to pronounce the words, and the rules are wayyyy more consistent than English. The only really difficult part in learning is the aspiration changes. Like in Ojibwe, "i" is always aspirated if it's at the end of a word. And in Cheyenne, p/k/t are unaspirated, so they often sound more like b/g/d. Cheyenne is also a pain due to pitch changes. >:3

LOL, yes I was indeed told that my eyes are "unsettling bordering on scary." I can understand why though, so no hard feelings? They do that bright, glowy thing and if I cry they turn lime green, in addition to other colors for other moods! I find the color changing unnerving as well. O.o And I love brown/black colored eyes. Light eyes seem to be conssidered better somehow in a lot of places, but I love the darker tones! And thank you for liking my grey hair, LOL. Well, it depends on where you live. Most children that live on a reserve do go to the school. In fact, some reserves really frown upon sending a child to a non-reserve school unless it's a local school that supports the culture and teaches tribal history. It's also a matter of convenience when it comes to language. Most prefer their children to just go to reserve school and learn their native language from a young age than to have to teach them at home in spare time. But of course, you can only attend the reservation's school if you live on the reserve. The only reason I went to different schools was becaue I wanted to experience different types of learning. I've been to reserve school, private school, boarding school, public vocational school, and I even spent half a year at a private church school of only 13 kids from grades K-12.

Okay, so what have you been up to during my long absence? I've been so busy with semester just starting (I love my OMF radiography course though!) and I've been working every free minute I have. I've also started a new mythology based story, 'The Sculptor and the Statue' I think it's called (What? should I remember?) and my brother was sworn into the U.S. Marines. He'll be shipping off to Afghanistan soon so we've been fasting and such to wish him well.

While sleeping you'll suddenly feel like someones jumping on you and pulling your blankets, expect that it's him. LOL But I've always been thankful when he did that when I was still studying. I usually have morning hospital duties before 6am so when I forgot to set my alarm clock, he'd wake me up at around 5am(and find out I'm almost late @_@). Dogs are smart too, huh? XD

Hey Jas! Sorry it took me so long to get back to you and to read your latest chapters. I didn't forget about you, I swear! I've just been busy coping with the recent news I received about my grandmother and still trying to plan a trip back there to see her.

The good thing that came out of my delay in reading Shanghai is that I got two chapters in one sitting. And what lovely chapters they were!

I'm finding that the more I research, the more difficult it is for me to write my Victorian Era story. LOL. I might have gotten an idea for a far too complex plotline, unfortunately. Now I'm trying to dig myself out of it.

You know, I did read that oneshot after you told me about it... but I think I didn't leave a review. I think I forgot. But, I did read it... and I thought it was really good. Even the way you wrote it was different from your usual works. lol. That's quite an amazing feat.

I have the entire collection of Twilight. It was light reading, something to pass the time. I'm pretty neutral about it, even though I have been keeping track of the movies too. To be honest though, The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner was the best book out of Twilight. LOL. Which... is a little sad since that's just pretty much a spinoff of one of the newborn vampires point of view. I think you would like that one? It's a bit darker than Twilight, which is a nice change.

How is your job hunt going? I hope you're going out there and living life in addition to tutoring kids and writing fanfiction! lol. As for me, I'm working full-time, but like you, looking for a better job. I dropped out of college because I didn't know what career path I wanted to take. I still don't, but I'm already dying to go back to school.

Hmm, at first, before I even drew the original 'Mirror' picture, I was thinking of writing it as a story, but knowing myself, I'm so bad with updates on chapter stories >.> So I decided to just draw little scenes from the story I have in my head. Not necessarily in order, but all related.

Another reason I left my yukata was because I wouldn't really have much use for it over here unless I go to a cosplay convention or something. but I prefer cosplaying as a male character since I'm not really confident going as a girl character. Mine was a dark blue like yours but instead of fireworks patterns, mine had yellow and pink flowers on it. My obi is double-sided. One side is yellow, and the other side is green (I had two yukata, but the white one with pink flowers I gave away to a friend when I was taking classes for a semester last year in Guam).

First of all, you’re ASKING for help, so if you expect to get it, then ask politely from the person you’re asking it from. I might have been over-reacting, but I just can’t stand rude people. Even if it is just online.

So since at that point, I was a little annoyed, so I didn’t respond until days later, where I told her this: [Dear, all I have written (as of yet) has been for the Sess/Kag fandom. As to all your other questions, I'm not too sure about them, but they are things you could ask in the forums, perhaps. However, the next time you ask someone these questions, or any questions in general, I suggest that you don't put a "respond by" tag on the message. You are the one asking for help, so be polite and courteous to the people you are asking for help from. But of course, if you would still like them to respond by a certain date, at the very least add a "please" or "I would appreciate it if" to it.
