Hi all. Im looking for a fanfic where sesshomaru thinks kagome cheated on him so he leaves her. They have 2 kids and kagome ends up really sick or pregnant. Cant quite remember. Thanks!!

I think it is 'misconceptions and misunderstandings '. Kagome has cancer in this one.
