I remember seeing Kuroshitsuji and I did enjoyed the series. But I pefer the manga instead cause they did stick to the manga which it's still on going and could be one of the reasons.
You guys should check out Phantom: Requiem for the Phantom which I heard it was based from an Hentai pc game but in the anime it's not hentai just action, mobs, underworld crime, and assassins. It good but there are some sad parts in some of the scenes. There are only 26 episodes.

I'd like to second Natsume Yujincho I thought it was very sweet.
Seirei no Moribito is another fantastic one - its the one youkaiyume has been drawing fanart for recently. Its very touching - follows the parent-child relationship that develops between this warrior chick and a prince she's protecting. Badass chicks ftw.

The title of a best-selling heroic fantasy novel series by the Japanese author Kaoru Kurimoto, in continuous publication since 1979. A record 100 volumes were originally planned, but as of the author's death in May 2009 the total stands at 126 volumes, with 21 side-story novels. She was working on the 130th volume of Guin Saga up until 23 May 2009, after which point she became too ill to write. After the 100th book in the series was published in 2005, an event to celebrate this was held in Tokyo, with 600 attending. Guin Saga is the longest continuing single-writer's work in the world with total circulation exceeding 28 million worldwide.)

There a another good one called crunchyroll and has all the animes and drama asian shows. It's the best one. I use to go to that site but I need a better graphics card and you need to be a member which is no problem.

hmm let's see, I don't watch much anime(I prefer reading manga) But I'll include some anime movies too(If you don't mind)
Anime Shows:
Chii's Sweet home
Kimi ni Todoke
Daa! Daa! Daa!
Yakitate!! Japan-I only started watching this because some characters from the manga 'wild Life' make an appearance, but then I found this addicting because it was stupid and humorous.
Allison and Lillia
Anime Movies:
Summer Wars
Junkers come here
I can't think of anymore right now ^^;
You can look up anime on animecrazy.net. They have some anime on there that other sites don't have.

I also enjoyed:
K-ON!
Fairy Tail
So-Ra-No-Wo-To (I swear, everytime I hear Saving Grace, I have to cry now)
Hetalia - Axis Powers!
Azumanga Daioh
Lucky Star
Midori Days
Pani Poni Dash!
Bokusatsu Tenshi Dokuro-chan!
Chobits
Pita Ten
Strawberry Panic (be warned, it is girlxgirl, but nothing graphic)
Loveless (this time, it's boyxboy, but seriously, Soubi is so hot, you can't miss it )
And many others already named here.
