Welp. I'm glad that I started reading when I did since the waiting wasn't too long. The formatting is wonky here, but he update was nice.

So excited for the update! Sad the lemon wasn't really a lemon, though. Still, can't wait for more!

Ah, and now the waiting game for a new update. :(

I really love this story even though the plot is simple. He easily chose the green tea mochi, which I'm guessing Sumire approved of because there was no hesitation and he chose a traditional flavor. This reminds me, wasn't there an exchange between Kagome and Rin in which Kago said she couldn't choose any one flavor of mochi because she wanted to have them all? 

I mean... what did she expect? She lead the guy on and brought his hated brother into the conversation. Ya can't get angry with the guy for being turned off that he was turned down because of his brother. Again.

It's interesting that you compare the musk of roses to the beach. There is a marine (or fishy) note to rose absolute that is often used in beach scents when the perfumer wants to give a floral air.

I love your characterization as always.
