Okay so Sesshy doesn't care for his mate at all - neat. I am glad to see that this is about them fighting to get to be together instead of falling in love. Very well written and I am greatly enjoying the story thus far!

Hmmm I think I have read this before.... but I'm gonna do it again AND review every chapter!

I'm liking how this is starting! I also like that you are not going to make Sesshy's current mate the jealous/evil type. Though I love to see Kags beat the crap out of wimpy women, I just couldn't see Sesshy choosing to tie himself to a tramp LOL

I also like how she has been able to stay in the village and isn't being ran out. Also, that Inuyasha and Kags parted on pleasant terms

Assumptions are indeed dangerous, that's why the military calls it the 'mother of screw ups'.  How long will it take Sesshomaru to realize that he messed up really bad?  Will InuYasha leave Kagome with her thoughts, or will they walk into camp together to reinforce the assumption Sesshomaru has made?  What will Sesshomaru do with the necklace he made for Kagome?  I hope that when she beaks another seal she gets wings.

I think he should mess up very little.  To me, her assumption was a much bigger leap.  He just wanted to be left alone.  She shouldn't expect anyone to let always respond to comfort if they're not ready.  Him seeing them is an assumption, but at least there was something to see.  It just seems that it's really kicking him when he's already down and feeling insecure.  It also would reinforce his thoughts that he can't depend on anyone.  I think just like Kagome didn't have to suffer too long, I don't think he should have to either. 

I think the riddle sounds more like it could be Sango that is coming back. Her and Kagome were like sisters and Sango's village was a grave to her family and people. Sango was a warrior. Then maybe it could be Midoriko but I don't think it is Rin.

It seems like Inuyasha might be developing feelings for Guinevere. But that might be too awkward all the way around. It could be a mate breaker though lol.

Good chapter and very interesting, can't wait for the next one which sounds like it might be fantastic. Great writing.

Wow! Quite an ending for a chapter! I like how Seshoumaru reacts to such behavior. And Inuyasha! Actually took himself in hand! Hahaha Miroku I expected already.

Oh my...Yasha being a bit cruel? Kags is right it's not like Guinevere was being mean to Kagome other antagonizing her about being mated you Seshoumaru. Poor Yasha...didn't know what was coming haha

Damn! Seshy n Kags got a lil steamy there. I hope whatever it is doesn't bite them in the butts too hard.

Thank you for that update! Seshoumaru is crazy to have brought Kagome to his Shiro where his "mate" is! Haha Inuyasha's reaction to Guinevere wanting a massage too! 

So happy that Edom accepts Shakaku and Yura. Steamy forest sex. Lol

This story is only getting better and better. I like this Genevieve's character and portrayal.
