I totally agree. Dokuga is so...*tries to pull myself away but fails* addicting. LOL. I wish I had your system of waking up early, but my inner alarm clock is currently set at 9am in the morning...

LOL. Yes. Can you believe it?? Someone bothered to watch the Annoying Orange!! *blushes* (I actually do, but...) I wonder who came up with such a terrible idea! It's the first time I felt like stabbing an orange with the nearest scalpel I can find. XD

You got me teetering precariously at the edge of my chair with laughter at the 'It's a dog, sir.' I can totally understand...there IS a difference between thinking it's cute and acting like they've actually seen a breathing dinosaur and not a dog. Aww thank you! My pug was pretty cute It's a little sad, because we grew up together. Like, he was three in that picture like I was! But at 9 years of age, I was still 9, but he was...let's see...in his 60s in doggy years, and he fell sick and passed away. He was such an ugly but nice and lazy dog.

LOL go, Siki Mama!! She's so cool XD Now I know where you got your awesomeness from! You got me laughing crazily at your black-licorice scented foot cream, ribbon and golf balls. Like HUH?? Who uses those, really? And on a side note, black licorice sounds like a pretty unconventional scent as well. One'd expect rose, lavender or something floral. When you finally receive a giant inflatable Sesshoumaru for Christmas, we can conclude that there really is a conspiracy to make-Siki-say-thank-you-for-the-dumbest/strangest-gift!!

OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG *drools before running in circles around the room* Your aunt is AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME. Those shoes are...OMG. *faints* Too nice. Too amazing. TOO GORGEOUS. *faints again* Lucky you, Siki dear!!

Oh, my mom is quite the shopaholic herself! I bought my chanel wallet under her encouragement. We were at the store in Hong Kong, and she was saying, "You like this don't you? If you don't buy it, you're gonna regret. So BUY IT. Life's too short for regrets, and you can always earn the money back." She calls it 'being understanding', my dad calls it 'a negative example'. LOL. I am a earring freak. I ABSOLUTELY ADORE EARRINGS, and recently, I discovered a shop in this popular shopping street in central Singapore that sells earrings at the price of 5 pairs for S$10 (US$7.30) I was with my Japanese friend then (she was visiting Singapore) and we went crazy. It kinda resembled a shark feeding frenzy, now that I think of it.

Thank you for reviewing the new fic!! We totally love Chibimaru, and the third chapter (which I'll be posting really, really soon) is titled 'Chibimaru goes to the dental clinic'. And guess what? It will be dedicated to you, Siki dear!! Because you love Chibimaru like I do, and dental clinic makes me think of you~~~

Ahhhh~ Dokuga Wall Post God does have an annoying way of playing tricks on us. Sorry for the delay in replies...I was preoccupied with updating Shanghai and The Adventures of Chibimaru and Gang Now I shall reply to the older post first! Let's see...

I LURRRVE deep tissue massage!! It hurts like a (insert whatever word you prefer) but the aftereffects are wonderful. No more aching shoulders or stiff joints! Have you tried Thai massage? It's insane. I really thought I was going to break into half. But it totally appeals to the masochist in me LOL.

I haven't had a head massage before, though it definitely sounds great! LOL the masseuse must have been more-attractive-than-Sesshoumaru at that point

Being a perv is my full-time job!! I was thrilled that my lemon fic "Once upon an Edo Night" came in first for the Second Quarter Awards! Like, WOAH. That makes my guttermarble status official LOL. *does pervy dance, whatever that is*

Yay! So you saw all that yummy goodness I ate in HongKong!! The Hokkaido peach pudding was great, but it was a little too sweet at the center. But the texture was really smooth, and I like to see jelly-like stuff quiver. LOL. The almond cream and sesame cream is eaten the way it is! With a spoon, like how you'd eat cream soup. But they are sweet, and very nourishing. It's a traditional way used by Northeast Asian (think Chinese, Japanese, Korean) girls to stay pretty Eating black sesame cream helps keep your hair inky black, while almond cream is good for keeping your skin glowy Do try it when you visit this part of the world, my dear! It's yummy and healthy.

Curry fishballs are...hmmm, let's see. Fishballs are made from fish which has been beaten into a paste and mixed with flour, salt and seasonings, and rolled into balls. In Hong Kong, they dip it in curry, which makes it different from how we eat it in Singapore (in soup). Phoenix claws are chicken feet. As in literally. LOL I know it sounds gross, anyone who hasn't eaten it in their lives would think it is! But it's awesome-yummy and definitely worth a try! Do you know that people eat starfish in China?? Now that's something I'd NEVER eat.

*HUGGLES* love youuuuu toooooo~

I know right?? Smart phones are the most amazing things ever invented - I check Dokuga for updates and whatnot at least 5 times a day *sheepish* And oh sweetie, why are you up so early?? I am NEVER awake before 7am...LOL. Me is Sleeping not-quite-Beauty!!! XD HAHAHA speaking of dubious smart phone users...there was this guy who was sitting in front of me in the bus the other day and he KEPT CHUCKLING to himself as he stared at his Blackberry's screen. Out of curiosity, I took a peek at his phone and saw that he was watching...The Annoying Orange. Have you watched it before?? It's...annoying.

if not...here you go! Be warned, my dear!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7F5nIA8xmw

Awwwww it's such a cute little doggy, isn't it?? That picture was taken in Tokyo, and the owner was nice enough to let me have a picture with it!! I cannot resist cute little things, and LOL I know what you mean - ugly in a cute way!! Like...Eeyore from Winnie the Pooh, and my old (and now deceased) pug. You can see a picture of it here:

http://i987.photobucket.com/albums/ae357/scarletdreamery/Self-Shot%20Fun/Ahmeh.jpg?t=1282404896

And that's me in the picture! at three

An airbrush tattoo of Santa Claus?? For a 42 year-old woman?? That's totally cool!!! LOL. Your mom's awesome!! I totally know what you mean by weird Christmas gifts, but I've never really gotten one of those. On the contrary, what I've gotten are EXTREMELY BORING gifts. There's ALWAYS a photo frame or a mug among my Christmas gifts, which is awfully boring. Like HURHURHUR. Mug number 10?? LOL. I'd love to hear about one of your WTFWHYDIDYOUGIVEMETHIS gift!!

YES TWO DOLLARS!!! NO KIDDING. I was totally BOOM!!-blown away. It's almost impossible to find such prices in Singapore, no, it IS impossible! We don't have such prices here. I got a mixture of everything - kitten heels, strappy heels, beaded flats, classic pumps...YAY. Awww sweetie if it is any consolation, I bet your sneakers are going to last you for a long time! The pretteh heels totally died on me after 6 months, but I guess I can't complain considering the price I paid. And they were not too comfy either; I figured I still love my Nine West pumps! *hearts* I didn't even buy 8 pairs initially! I grabbed five, if I'm not mistaken, but my mom was saying, "Are you kidding? Only five?? Get back there and buy MORE!!!" So...8. LOL.

LOL you'd totally have awesome, clever, wonderful kids!! They'd be discussing global warming and nuclear weapons policies at the dining table soon enough XD

And oooooh dearie, I couldn't resist the temptation of starting a new fic!! I started this new drabble collection titled 'The Adventures of Chibimaru and Gang' LOL! It was GREAT FUN~

...and did your earlier post on my wall get cut off halfway?

OK YAY I am finally free!! LOL I am so sorry for making you LOL in public - were you reading wall posts on your phone by any chance? I have terrible addiction issues to the iPhone, and you have no idea how many LOL moments I had on buses and fast food joints when I read your lovely wall posts!!! But me loves them all, so I am not complaining. *whistles*

Yeahhh I know - my cousin was a DOLL, I totally wanted to stuff him in a tutu and put ribbons in his hair. Grrrrrr. LOL we are going PRO with the death glares, m'dear!

Awwww that's a petite Italian greyhound! Why is it so tiny?? LOL. I love little doggies~ check this picture out sweetie!

http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash2/hs137.ash2/40174_437024813152_759093152_4994703_6208489_n.jpg

And YES, sadly, people can be disillusioned enough to sing White Christmas at the top of their lungs in a not-so-white setting. I guess that's what they mean by 'the mind is a powerful thing'. Awwww the prezzies are like, the HIGHLIGHT of the holidays for me. It's very commercialized here in Singapore as well...I can never understand how everything becomes Christmas-themed during Christmas period. Like, I don't see the point of having Santa on my toothpaste tube. Real meaning? HA. GRINCH FTW!

Singapore is cheap in terms of shopping, but it is already reputed to be expensive in the Southeast Asian region. Can you believe that I bought pretty heels for a mere US$2 in Thailand? As in REALLY-NO-KIDDING. It's totally out-of-the-world. As you can guess, I totally did my fellow shopaholics proud by hauling an impressive 8 pairs back to Singapore!! WOOHOO!!! *goes crazy for a while, and remembers I am no longer in Thailand*

LOL It's be sooooo cute if your little ones said this to you at breakfast, "Mommy, please pass my Blackberry." instead of "Please pass the cereal box." Or going "CHANGE. CHANGE. CHANGE.", though we obviously can't predict if they will be Republican or Democrat.

OMG I totally ADORE full-body massages!!! I have a spa treatment package for that and it's WOOTS!AMAZING. Throw in a couple of hot stones, and I'm on a one-way ticket to Heaven~ lalalala~ I have terrible shoulder aches, so the massages are great. You?

Wolverine!!! *drooooools* Did you watch the Wolverine movie?? I couldn't blink for fear of missing out a second of seeing those HOT ABS. *sigh* I am stuck loving cartoon men and young Korean pretty boys. LOL. HELP. This Jasmine requires a REAL life. Speaking of superhuman abilities...invisibility is a good one!! It can totally help me in my pervy escapades XD XD

And for my lovely, culturally-inquisitive dearie, here's the link to my HongKong food trip photos! You can see authentic Cantonese (a certain dialect group in China) cuisine and Portugese-Chinese fusion cuisine from the colonial period:

http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=192798&id=514984987&l=5f2699f7e2

I tried my best to describe the food in English, since they are all named in Chinese. Feel free to ask me about any of them if you have questions!

Siki dear!! Sorry for the slow reply - I promise I'll get to it ASAP! I got bitten viciously by a plunnie, and I wrote something new!! Sheesh. Does anyone sell plot bunny repellent??

Awww sweetie, I am glad you understand!! Speaking of the ten year-olds, yes, they are creepy indeed. He called his sister ‘stupid’, and I was telling him that he was not supposed to be saying such nasty things, and he said he hated me. (o.O) Like, HURHUR, by all means, you little twerp.

I am glad those precious little pooches are fine!! *huggles pillow* I can never stand the idea of an animal in pain or anything. And your other doggy sounds tooooo cute~ Are they all Chihuahuas?

As for your question, yes, they do!!! Every time I hear people sing White Christmas in Singapore, I feel like LOL-ing. Simply because there’s no snow and it is still warm (as in SUMMER warm) To make up for it, they have those stupid machines that spew foam that can only TRY to look like snow. Talk about ironic, really! I realized how Grinch-like I sounded…LOL XD MissTeak isn’t really the Grinch, you know? She still loves Christmas prezzies!! XD

HAHAHA omg you are soooo cute, Siki! I totally understand; we are girls who love our fair share of intellectual stuff and still go crazy over shopping!! The shopping in Singapore is awesome, because the prices are nowhere as expensive as the US, if you know where to look. You really should visit Sentosa…there’s so much to do there! The people working there adore the tourists, so no worries XD I understand what you mean about people who travel all the way to see leaves. It’s like, “Okay. Now I’ve seen the leaves. What should I do now? See more?” LOL. You know, when I went to Kyoto in Japan, I was thrilled upon seeing the first temple. Then I was rather impressed when I saw the second. The third temple was not bad, pretty cool. Then fourth, fifth, sixth…hrrrrrmph. And there was no seventh or eighth because my best friend and I were like, “Hurhurhur. Temple. Wow. Thanks. BYE.” The maiko-for-a-day thing is pretty cool!! You should totally go try it. Please don’t forget to come to Singapore and kidnap me!!! *waves frantically*

Japanese rice is awesome!! But it’s of a shorter, plumper variety, and it has a very soft and sticky texture when cooked. Thai rice (which most people in Southeast Asia eat) is longer and more firm, so you can actually feel each and every grain, and it works for dishes in which you want your rice grains light and separated (in other words, not like sushi or rice cakes). My favorite kind of Japanese cuisine would have to be the traditional home meals made by my host grandma! There’s miso soup, red bean rice, boiled pumpkin…and some others! I first met them when I was 15, and 8 years later, I went back to their place for a 2-night stay! That was in May, when I went on my graduation trip. You can follow the link below to take a look:

http://s987.photobucket.com/albums/ae357/scarletdreamery/Japan%202010%20-%20Hamamatsu/

I fully agree – Bridezillas are OMG CREEPY CREATURES!! It’s kinda scary how someone seemingly sweet, adorable and blissful morph into one of those…horrors. “I MUST have that dress!!” ...*squirms* “…okay….” LOL. I wonder if anyone has called off their wedding because the dream girl turned out to be not-so-dream-girl? AND ZOMG Harvard Med!! You guys are a power couple. I can TOTALLY see sweet little Sikis and handsome tiny Kodes running around reciting Shakespeare at the age of 3 and writing out Confucian analects (in ancient Chinese which no one uses these days, no less) at 5. They will all work in the White House at 7 and advise President Obama, if he is still in office then, that is. LOL!!! Awesome-possum couple, you guys are!! You got me laughing out loud at zombie apocalypse. XD I’d love to have a massage therapist too, or even better, the owner of a spa resort so I can go there anytime I want. Yowza. C’est la vie!

And yes, I am looking at a few jobs at the moment, and am pretty close to getting one of them. I can’t reveal too much to you here on a wall post because of certain reasons (think government, ministries, national security and defense, policy-making…), but I can tell you more about it if you’re interested in knowing None of my friends can believe I applied for it though…it’s kinda hard matching my face to a job like that. LOL.

Storm’s the awesome one in the show!! I used to like Cyclops, until he got obliterated by Jean in the final movie. It was such an uncool death too. Now, let’s try this…if you could have a superhuman ability…what would it be?

Violet eyes just like Elizabeth Taylor's XD Though her eyes weren't emphasized much coz of the black and white screen back then~ ooohh, dark blue with purple undertones sounds great! I'll ask the eye shop about it if they have contacs of that color~ XD Thanks!

Well, I guess it's the same with Japanese romaji. I only found out how to pronounce some japanese words through songs haha XD like the double "t" and the "ou" on their words~ And how "i" becomes silent on words like "doushite"

Yep~! It's a rewarding job. Not all profession can deal with actually "caring" for a person who's a stranger to you. hahaha I do understand enjoying icky stuff LOL I mean, the area I like the most while on duty is the Operating Room! lol weird @_@ But I just feel that the excitement is there XD

ahaha, and to say it's her birthday the time we see each other. LOL I'd have to catch her expression cam XD

Hi my dear! Thank you for the awesome review on Shanghai! Yes, that disgusting fiend Naraku is officially in the story, and we will see what he has in store for Kagome. Anyway, it’s my turn to apologize for the slow reply! Reality caught up with me when my little cousins came over to play yesterday, and I had to babysit a six year-old and a ten year-old who thinks the world of himself. LOL the older one is adorable, but OH-SO-BRATTY. I totally perfected the art of glaring daggers in the span of 5 hours.

How are the lovely doggies? I sure hope they are doing fine!!

Rain is nice…when you’re indoors. XD I hate getting caught in those torrential tropical rains we have here, and I had to wade through calf-deep water to get to the subway station when an area of Singapore got flooded a few months back…*shudders* Awww you totally made me want to fly over to the US during winter so I can see snow for myself! I’ve always been envious of kids in story books when they make snow angels. LOL.

Oh, please do visit! There are so many awesome places in this part of the world – Japan is beautiful and rich in culture, and so is China. I’m ashamed to admit that I’ve never been to China, though I’ll definitely go there some there. LOL the resort I’ve mentioned is actually a very popular place among the tourists!! Don’t let my little creepy tale affect your choice…here’s the website, you can take a look at it for yourself, my dear! And I swear I do not work for Singapore Tourism Board XD XD

http://www.sentosa.com.sg/en/

Really?? French rolls in Chinese takeout?? That’s cute, I never imagined French rolls could go into Chinese food. But if you love white rice, then I’d recommend that you eat LOTS and LOTS of white rice in Japan because they have the most amazing rice there!

ROFL at financial considerations. I wanted to bang my head against the table when I saw how much it’d cost to get myself to New York (not inclusive of lodging and whatnot).

Oh dearie, I am sure you won’t be a bridezilla!! Bridezillas are freaky creatures…XD Getting married young is good if you want to have kids! The idea of chasing tiny screaming bundles at the age of 45 is totally not my ideal. Ooooh that’s a very interesting question indeed…let’s see…if I can choose, I’d like to marry either an IT specialist (so he can fix my computer if the damned thing dies on me…Jasmine and IT-related matters don’t mix) or an owner of a farm/plantation/Japanese inn so I can lead a nice life, laidback in the countryside. It’s quite impossible in Singapore, because we don’t have places that can be qualified as the countryside. How about you?

And OMG look at yourself!! You’re such a brilliant girl – Harvard is like, one of the most prestigious places to study at! OMG I’m totally thrilled that I know someone who has been accepted by Harvard Law School…you’re so amazing, Siki!! For political science degree holders, one obvious option would be governmental jobs, such as public policy analysis/formulation or public administration. And oh, I realized I forgot to tell you. I graduated from the National University of Singapore…it’s a pretty good school, I guess, considering the world rankings, but I have no idea how I got in. LOL. It’s more like….”Oooooh. I got in. Okay. Off to school I go.” And….VOILA! “What?? I am graduating??? Nooooooooooooo.”

Ooooooh I am da Mystique~ Isn’t she the blue girl from X-men?? HAHAHA.
