The due date is the 10th by midnight (I'm not sure what time zone, but I'm going to guess Eastern!)!

Just double checking to be sure. We post our stories tomorrow the 10th right? And do we just post them or are we suppose to wait till the deadline or are we suppose to email it to the people running it, they approve then we post?

NOOOOOOOO! You don't post it. You e-mail your finished story to the address where you signed up and got your prompts and then between Christmas and New Year all the stories get posted by the people running the exchange. In case you don't remember it anymore, the address is: dogugaexchange@gmail.com

Yes what Sakura Dragon said. After the big unveiling between the 25th and 31st, Momodesu will let you know when you can post it to your own sites like Dokuga and such. This way, everyone gets their gifts at about the same time. But before she gives the go ahead, you only send it to the exchange email, and not post it anywhere yourself, so she can double check to see if you need to fix anything such as too many grammar errors or the story being a rating that the receiver can't read. That's why there are a few weeks in between the deadline and the unveiling, in case you were wondering .

Well I feel stupid, so did I get the date wrong as well? Or do I email it as soon as I can?

If you need a little more time, send her an email and tell her. Maybe she can give you some more time.

I am really enjoying the gift fics. I've not had a chance to read them all yet, but the one's I've read so far have been really good!

I'm a little confused. You said they were all posted on the exchange? But the one I wrote wasn't on it nor did I receive one. Or we're you just giving everyone the okay to post on dokuga and you'll post the others later??

Master list for 2012 has been posted! That means all stories are up and free to be posted elsewhere by their authors; in case you missed the post . Master List 2012 You do have to be a member to read anything M or MA and of course since we are tied in with Dokuga, M means 16+ readers only and MA means 18+.


On a side note since I got the nominations email and it reminded me, please make sure to read these before sending in your nominations. Every year a lot of these stories get completely over looked because they are posted a few days before the end of the nomination cut off and people don't have the chance to read them before they start nominating. Of course I am not saying you have to nominate any of them, lol, just to give them some consideration since this is the only period they can be nominated for since they have to be complete to be posted.

Hope everyone had a happy holiday season and we hope to see all of you, and many more, back with us next year. Sign ups will begin next August as usual .
