This question has probably been asked before, and I'm sure I could just Google it and come up with some sort of answer, but I wanted to ask the Dokuga community this question.

How old is Rin exactly, when the anime series ends? (I'm considering the "end" to be the end of The Final Act.)
I've gotten conflicting answers and as I was writing the next chapter to my story, I realized I really should figure it out.

So what do you think ladies and gents - how old is cute little Rin at the end of The Final Act?

According the reference books I have, she's 8 at the final battle. You need to consider the whole series, be manga or anime, takes less than a year, timeline wise. So, you calculate the years that elapsed when Kagome came back (and, off the top of my head, i can't remember how many that was) and you have your age.

Kagome was gone for 3 years i believe so that would make Rin 11

Okay, so if she was 8 at the time of the final battle, that would definitely make her 11 after the three years Kagome was away! Thanks guys! I appreciate the help

It's little details like that, that I would hate to get wrong in my stories.
