From what I've seen it's the whole 'dokuga.com'/'www.dokuga.com'
issue. Logging in in certain area's under 'http://www.dokuga.com'
sends you to a 'http://dokuga.com/' page (and vice-versa).
If you know you were on 'www.dokuga.com' before, just add a www to
the URL (or remove it if you loaded the page without 'www.' in it)
and it'll be fine... *shrug*

The two sites are identical, but the way that the site software is configured, it's possible to run multiple sites under the same domain name, so having different login sessions for different hosts is needed.
So, say something like: fanfiction.dokuga.com and fanart.dokuga.com .... each could be setup to have different users, etc...
