Forget that this post is even here I figured out how to post stories.

From the menu bar on top of the page, choose the Fanfiction tab.
When you are signed on, you should see on the left side of the Fanfiction page the User Menu box.
Click on the very first link in this box, My Stories, and it should take you onto a page where you can see the Add a new story option.

Never be afraid to ask for help if you need it!
