I haven't read the story yet ( -_- I got tackled by a plunnie and am still trying to untangle it) but yes, people- anyone that hasn't checked out Elfie's work really should, her art is absolutely breathtaking.

Ah. I almost did a backflip when I saw the story pop up on the front page. Read her story and doujin when it first came out and I was so sad when she stopped writing for a while. Now, I'm uber happy that she's back with the story!... and yes, that last page is drool worthy... *drools* lol

Author's Note(in chapter one for new readers - r0o): The idea behind this story was sparked when I began my SK fancomic Etchings on DeviantArt two years ago. While Etchings is supposed to be a short, humorous, and last but not least unashamedly smutty look at a possible SK courtship (as befits the nature of a comic), the story behind it turned out longer and darker than I anticipated, and it ultimately deviated from the comic in several important points.

Same as the comic, though, it is unapologetically AU.
