In a fit of pure genius, I have thought of a fun little challenge that I think many of us will like.

So, meet Sandreline's Musical Challenge!

The object of this challenge is to create a story based off of a song - but not just any song! It has to be from a musical, and yes- Disney does count.

For example, I am writing one based on "What is the Feeling?" from Wicked.

The requirements are as follows:

1) It needs to be at least 1,000 words. If you are doing a series of one-shots, then each one shot needs to be a thousand. The reason for this is because of reason 2:

2) The lyrics for the song must be included in the story. Ergo why the length limit is a little longer than other challenges.

3) The theme of the story must be parallel to the song. You can't just randomly insert a song into a one-shot.

4) You must make a reply with a link to your story here, so I can give you kudos!

Warning: Both versions are SAD! The story (both versions) deals with a BROKEN woman and SLAVERY! While I don't describe exactly how she was broken or the pains she went through, this is DEFINITELY RATED T 13+
