This is one of my all time favorites and for the life of me I can't find it. I want to say the title had something to do with 'blood moon'. It's a oneshot, where Sesshoumaru stumbles upon Kagome and her friends and she's in pain because of her period.

I distinctly remember Sesshoumaru saying 'Surely you can smell this, little brother.' or something like that. He offers to relieve her pain and takes her into the forest where he... How do I say this without being too explicit..? pleasures her. Something about the blood and the power in her blood, makes it addictive. Very hot, and he promises to come back next month.

Definitely an MA fic

Close Encounters Of The Fluffy Kind by KogasAngel
It is the night of the blood moon, and Kagome had found out that she is cursed. During this particular moon, she goes into a very powerful heat, and will allow her to produce full blooded youkai should the male chose to pup her. Sesshomaru, still sore about losing the tetsaiga, finds Kagome in a small cave and decides to confront her and take his revenge. He gets more than he bargained for.

Oops... Sorry wrong one. I just saw the blood moon and immediately thought of this one. LOL I've read the one your looking for but I can't remember the name.
