Ok I remember a good chunk of the first chapter. Basically Sessho got a woman pregnant (I think the author used Kaguya) and wants nothing to do with her (I don't think he knows she's pregnant). She's in hospital giving birth and is completely disgusted at the fact that she's pregnant. I think she's a model or something (Sessho is, of course, a businessman). Kagome is at the hospital for whatever reason and overhears the woman and the doctor. Apparently the child has a condition and is very sick. The woman doesn't want the child and wants them to get rid of it. Kagome, disgusted with the woman's behavior, comes up and pleads with the doctors to let her adopt the child and she would care for it. Somehow she gets it. A few years past and the child had survived the first few years of life, despite many scary trips to the hospital. Sessho finds out about the child and demands that she be returned to him. He also intends to reimburse Kagome for her trouble for the last few years; Kagome refuses. Eventually they come to the agreement that she and the child live with him and some romance starts to blossom.

I don't remember anything else relevant to the story, not even the site I read it on. It could've been on here, A Single Spark, or on FF. net.

So if anyone could help me, it would be most appreciated <3.

Unfortunately.... I can't remember the title or author... I'll look through my favorites and see if I can locate it though!

Are you sure it's not it or you're not mixing up 2 stories? Cus Maariage of Convenience is very very similiar to your description

Ok now don't I feel like an *** >_>.

It is in fact that one. Apparently the wedding in the hospital didn't stick with me as to why Kagome was there in the first place. *smacks self across the back of head*
