Can't remember to much about this story but looking at the shikon corrupted kagome artwork reminded me of this story.
Can't remember how this happened, but somehow all the demons end up merging with kagome, and I think midoriko does to but not sure. The first demon that show's up in kagome is a crow or some other bird. Sess ends up having to help kagome tame all the demons within her for the sake of her own sanity and has the dog demon within him submit to him as alpha.
Wish I remembered more, but I believe reading this on spark. Does this ring any bells for anyone?
