I'm looking for a fic where Kagome and Sessh go to the Caribbean and Meet Jack Sparrow, the last shard just so happens to be in his hair.

I forgot the name, does anyone know?

It's Youkai in the Caribbean, by Draconic Ban-Sidhe:

Naraku has been defeated, but the last shard is still lost...until Inuyasha, Kagome and Sesshoumaru who's been dragged along for the ride go to the Caribbean, where Jack has a shard...as one of his hair ornaments!

Glad I could help... I love this story, tough it's not a Sess/Kag... Draconic has some amazing fics, like Unsung Silence.
