Sesshoumaru goes to the Inu-group to talk to Kagome and somehow (I think by being vague and sneaky, but I'm not 100% on that) gets her to agree to bear his heir. At some point he commissions a house to be built, away from his home, and both humans and youkai help build it.

It was fairly long (I want to say between 10-20 chapters at the point I last remember reading it), but I don't remember it being completed. I know I read it on ffn, but it's old enough to have been on Spark.
