Im pretty sure this fic has been lost to time and deleted but I just wanted to see if anyone remembers it cause its gone without a trace.

I THINK, it was called "We Started Out As Strangers" and I don't recall if it was on here or FF.net

Its a mafia/modern day AU. Sesshomaru is the leader of a mafia organization started by his mother after his father abandoned him and her for Inuyasha's mom. Kagome is the daughter of another powerful mafia family but doesn't know and he wants to marry her just to obtain some power or land from their marriage, I can't recall everything. But he eventually actually falls in love with her and she finds out his original plans and has to make it up to her. It wasn't finished at the time but boy was it getting good.
