So, I have been craving this story for a LONG time. But I only remember one scene really well. Sesshoumaru and Kagome are bound together (I don’t remember if it’s literally, as in Strands of Honor, or just by circumstance. But they’re in a cave or hut of some kind, taking shelter for the night and Kagome gets aroused and Sesshoumaru smells it and gets aroused himself. Kagome is curious as she’s never seen an aroused male before and wants to touch it, but Sesshoumaru wants to go to sleep. Eventually he hufffs and tells her to hurry up and explore whatever she wants so he can get some sleep.

I want to say maybe that was the turning point from where he was annoyed with being stuck with her to actually liking her.
