I do not remember much, except that Kagome becomes a warrior and fights some demons that overthrow Sessh, this making her the new Lord of Western Lands. I think she was supposed to go to Nara and fight again. Jaken became very loyal to her. I hope you can help me find this story. Thank you guys!

Not sure about the going to Nara part, but the rest sounds like it could be Sunset Love by Aurora Nyte (MA)?
