All I can remember is that K is pregnant with S's child, but gets injured, and while coming to see her S's mother convinces him that it wasn't his child, so desperately hurt K leaves and upon returning to their home is attacked by an illusion of S that hurts her, and she leaves the house before being found by a security guard. That's all I can remember, other than its a recent fic (within the last few years).
