I only have a few vague recollections.

Kagome had had a child, I believe, and she was nursing the child.

Sesshoumaru has mated and also had a child. I can't remember if his mate died or abandoned the child, but he wasn't able to get the child to eat. It was a very small baby. He either kidnaps or comes across Kagome and her child. His child is willing to feed from Kagome so he makes a protection deal with Kagome to protect her and her child while she nurses his infant.

I remember it being a somewhat long, epic novel. And I'm not certain it was complete...

Any thoughts or help would be great?

Ha. Never mind. I went up one to another thread and that person was looking for the same fic...oy.
