Hi looking for this old fic. I don't remember a lot, Kagome and Sesshomaru might have had a child during a one-night stand or something like that, but they weren't romantically involved before hand. But they live together now and she was either still pregnant or had given birth and they were still working on building their relationship. I do recall a very distinct scene at the last chapter, the story was incomplete, where Sesshomaru is watching a basketball game. He never watches sports so Kagome is like "wtf". Bankotsu is a player that he is watching closely and when he makes the winning shot Sesshomaru turns off the TV and starts acting strange and distant. Later we find out basically Sesshomaru is in some sort of trouble and kinda is "giving" Kagome to Bankotsu to marry because he's rich enough to protect her from whatever might threaten her and the kid after scoring the winning shot and getting some sport's deal.
