I really miss them and was just wondering if we're ever going to get them back. I know that not everyone has the time for it but is there any way to recruit people for helping or something?

I would love to see awards again and I would not mind helping out if need be.

I'm new to all this but thought the awards was a great idea. Kind of sad to see that they haven't been running. I'd be happy to help if you guys need it

I would love to see the awards back again!! I feel that there are so many great fanfics out there that deserve attention and recognition. I would be more than happy to help out to bring them back!

Seconding, thirding, and fourthing this. I'm a lurker who's been around for ages and I'm guilty of ignoring lots of Dokuga updates, but I honesty feel that letting awards disappear is sad. And I remember when I used to get really excited to read the winners.

I am so guilty of lurking too! Lol I agree wholeheartedly, I hope they decide to bring them back, I wouldn't mind helping or contributing anyway I can.

So far today, I've managed 127 account creations, only three of which were valid, the rest were spammers that had to be blocked somehow. And the "day" isn't over yet, LOL!

Seriously, DQ has just enough time to manage taking care of what Danyealle-sama sends us regarding the stories, and I have just enough time to handle blocking, deleting, or otherwise thwarting the spammers. *sigh*

We have an offer from another member to handle the awards, but so far I haven't even had time to refresh my memory on how they were run!! In addition, it's getting close to the time when we need to solicit donations from the membership to keep us up and running. Plus, I work full-time 6 days a week.

We're going to try to get things running again at some point, but please don't ask me exactly when, 'k?

I know this is old but I wanted to send encouragement. If there is anything that we can do to help take the burden off, please let us know. I'm sure there will be a plethora of volunteers itching to offer assistance and services.

I'm so glad i am not the only one who does, if anyone decides to host them let me know, I would love to help out with banners and other small things

I only recently got into writing fanfiction and I was really hoping to participate sigh but it seems a thing of the past.

Well it's no Dokuga awards, but everyone who's missing them might be interested to hear that new InuYasha fandom awards have just started over on Tumblr by a group called Feudal Connection!

These are for everyone in the fandom, not just us SessKag fans. But like Dokuga awards of old, the awards will be quarterly and the nominations for the first quarter have just been opened!
