Hi, um can somebody help me with my computer. im trying to use Chat on dokuga but (i use google chrome and reg internet explorer) on google chrome everytime i try it keeps saying unresponsive shockwave blah blah. and i tried removing google chrome and reinstalling it and i also tried downloading a newer version of shockwave/adobe flash player and it still isnt working. can anyone help?

I don't use Google chrome, so I can't be much help with that - though I may be able to help you with the I.E issue.

What version of internet explorer do you use? I have noticed the the newest version gives me errors and I had to downgrade back to I.E 8.

i feel silly for asking this but how do i find out which ie i have?

There should be a question mark button in your menu section of I.E, click it and go to "About internet Explorer" and it will tell you what version you have. It could also be under "Help".

Ah, I don't use either of those(I had similar problems with Google chrome and stopped using it) I use Mozilla Firefox now but..Have you tried restarting your computer?

I know that sometimes, when installing or reinstalling a program that previously wasn't working, restarting is all that it needs to start working again, because sometimes one's computer won't recognize it right away so restarting helps that.

I use google chrome (and absolutely adore it!) and sometimes I have to refresh chat several times to get into it
