The Boxer Rescue was not sure what breed he was. They think he is either a white boxer or a Dogo Argentino that was surrendered by an abuser. They had to surgically remove his collar. AS you can see in my profile photo, he is much better. I really don't mind what he is just as long as he's there for me to love.

I have a German Shepard and a Black Lab mix of...something...we're not quite sure what she is LOL. Both are rescues and the only entertainment you ever need!

I have a Golden Retriever named Baby.

She was a rescue. My husband and I, when we moved into our house together, decided we should get a dog. We were going to hit the shelter, but (sad to say it was a family member who did this) I knew that Baby had been more or less abandoned, and the person taking care of her was leaving her locked in a sun room all day and not letting her out or playing with her. She was very neglected to the point that she was matted terribly and her nails were ridiculously long.

She was 20 pounds over weight and depressed when we got her. It took nearly 6 months to coax her into playing, and then we got slammed when her tests came back heart worm positive. (The first test she had when we got her spayed were negative, but the larvae may not have been mature enough to show up in the test yet.) So she has been an expensive rescue, but she is very loyal and very obedient.

Personally, I wouldn't have gone with this breed, but she NEEDED us, and that was more important than her breed. I am glad we have her. She also likes to chase squirrels and guard my veggies.

I have a Shih Tzu baby and his name is Riley! I love him so much. He's playful and a little bit lazy. He doesn't like meeting new ppl that much my mom and I call him stick dog when he does cause he get stiff and wide eyed. His name means valian but he's a bit of a cowardly lion.

I have two rescued yellow lab mixes and I love them dearly. My first furbaby, Sandy, not sure if she is purebred or not, was abandoned at a shelter for the crime of having 11 puppies (and it was a no kill shelter ). All her pups found homes, but she was on the crital list. I think I got the best end of the deal, she is adorable and only 2 or 3 years old! My second furbaby, Bella, yellow lab/hound mix, was abandoned in a fenced yard, the family moved away and left her behind. Lucky for Bella that she was left outside and people noticed her. She luckily went to a no kill shelter where I saw her on the internet and the rest is history!

Oops, typing too fast! It was not a no kill shelter for Sandy and she was on the critical list (not crital!)

i have two dogs a pure bred german shepherd named buddie and a beagle named pepper pepper's 12 and buddies is 7.
