Songs that never fail to make you cry. 14 Years, 7 Months ago Karma: 8
Whatever the reason, let's share. Link them on Youtube if you can so we can all hear it.

For me, it's the song "Faithfully" by Journey, but there's a reason behind it.

A couple of years ago, one of my patients was a teenager with end stage cystic fibrosis, a fatal lung disease. Her boyfriend brought in the CD and it was playing this song as she died in his arms, and it was still playing when I turned off all her monitors so the family could see her without tubes and IV's. So when I hear the song, I think of them spending those last few minutes together...and it hits me in the soul every time.

For me, it's "I don't want to miss a thing", by Aerosmith, and not because it reminds me of Armageddon, because I was like, 8 or something when I saw that movie. I don't know why, it's just.. the right song, I guess.

As corny as it is, whenever I sing along with the song 'Colour of the wind', I got all teary eyed. How much we didn't know about the nature and our world.

This song My Valentine by Martina McBride just made me teary. It was a lovely song.

Compelled me to write this story. Have anyone heard it?

From when I was a little kid watching Disney movies I guess, not completely sure why this particular song affects me to be honest. But You'll Be In My Heart by Collins gets me teary eyed.

The End of World by Skeeter Davis always makes me cry. Ever since I was a Junior in high school, it's the song i've always turned to when i felt i was in the "depths of despair", as of Anne of GG would say.

One song from the semi-modern era, "Unbreak My Heart", and a real oldie from the '60s or maybe '70s, "Honey" (Honey, I miss you; And I'm being good; And I'd love to be with you; If only I could), "I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry" (Hank Williams Sr. did it and so did Elvis)

The song that always makes me cry is 'Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers.'

My mother always told me when she passes that 'Unchained Melody' was to be played at her funeral. I respected her wishes and when the song came on, the whole room began to shed tears. We all knew how much she loved the song.

Two songs, 'The Tide" by the spill canvas, and "This is a call" by Thousand foot Krutch, although there's quite a few country songs that can bring me to tears too.
(is emotional)
