If you're referring to the part I'm thinking of, that actually was Kagome. She makes a very brief appearance in the trailer. She and Inu have no speaking roles in the trailer, but Sesshoumaru and Souta do. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think Kohaku did too?

Shoutout to Sesshomaru-Sama on FB....

Apparently we've seen the enemy before in the new YASHAHIME Trailer. In the Epilogue that was released for the Japanese Tsunami Relief Fundraisers, Shounen Jump featured Completed Anime and Manga dynasties in a final epilogue/ what are they doing now fashion.

InuYasha happened to be one of the many entities showcased.

The Manga Epilogue clocks in about six months after Kagome's full time return to the Fuedal Era which is when this first incident with the Yokai identified as a Ne-No-Kubi by Jaken within the manga. The anime trailer happens to follow the epilogue pretty religiously but the timing is off. Meaning what occurs with Root Head/ Ne-No-Kubi the Tachi and the Anime Trailer are obviously a flashback to the first incident as Rin is still young, Sango and Miroku's children are still toddlers and Kohaku hasn't aged much either when he speaks with Sesshomaru about the Yokai targeting Edo.

InuYasha and Kagome's daughter Moroha and Sesshomaru and his as of now unknown wife/mate, mother (that's as far as I'm going) to daughters Towa and Setsuna arrive a few years later. Somehow or someway the Ne-No-Kubi must regenerate or another arrives and then absorbs the powers over time from the Goshinboku and then creates all sorts of hell.

Sesshmaru-Sama from FB has found the translated version of the Japanese Manga and I've discussed with Site Mods that it's not Dokuga's best interests to post original manga to the site and I believe that to be a wise decision.

I just had the time to see the trailer. I am sooo excited. Yet treading cautiously being that I am in the same camp. Sadly all the material I have seen seems to suggest it is Rin that's paired with Sesshomaru... (GOD I hope not)

Just finished watching the first episode a litle while ago. A pretty good primer for what's to come, no answers to certain questions yet but still a very wholesome watch, was feeling very nostalgic by the end.

Inuyasha: Episode Order for Yashahime Surfaces Online

Seriously, they could always start an online shop or network with HLJ/Big Bad Toy Store to bring items to American Consumers. I especially want washi tape and stationary for my Happy Planner.

Well Episode 2 is out and to summarize, a lot more questions have been added to the puzzle. Fans could literally spend years speculating and making scenarios to answer the amount of questions that are left hanging in the air at the moment. Below are some spoilers about what happens and concerns by the fans.

#1: Where are the parents? So not only was Moroha left to fend for herself at a young age, but young Towa and Setsuna are living by themselves in a forest when we first come across them. This seems to lend credence to the fan theory that the parents are all sealed away somewhere.

#2: So the Butterfly Demon or whatever seems to be associated with a curse that steals away your dreams and memories and seems mainly to revolve around Setsuna having lost her memories.

#3: So there are at least three and possibly as many as seven of these Rainbow Pearls, which contain demonic power and act as a less powerful version of the Shikon Jewel. Current Fanon has each of the parents being sealed away within these Pearls but demons getting ahold of them increases their power. Moroha had hers inside of a clam with some lipstick that increased her power, while Setsuna and Towa both had theirs inside of their eyes.

When the Episode ended the Rainbow Portal had opened (as the passage between past and present is now called) and brought Towa and Moroha along with Fake Mistress Centipede to the present, the latter having already absorbed their Pearls and grown stronger.
