On Fanfiction.net, you can view the covers that authors choose for their stories. I was thinking about how much cooler Dokuga could get with that sort of thing. Have you guys been considering...?

Honestly, FFNet's coverart feature isn't that great. The image is always reduced down x in size and quality to around 75 x 100 px. Which is small and grainy, and not really worth looking at, except with a magnifying glass.

It's essentially a very small thumbnail.

Dokuga, however, allows us already to post larger images as fanart, with greater size dimensions, and better resolution too.

It beats FFNet hands down.

It would be cool, I suppose too, but I don't think it's neccessary.

Author's already post their coverart here for their fics and or comics too.

Also, you have to remember that FFNet coverart isn't always original or even a commission. Alot of the time it's from an anime, manga, or copyrighted image. Or even from a piece of fanart, used without permission.

At least on Dokuga.

They ask, or draw and comission that coverart themselves.

FFNet authors rarely do.
