That's right, it's that time of year again . You can offically start signing up for this year and here's how: read the rules and sign up form copy and paste this and send it to dokugaexchange @ gmail.com; without the spaces of course.

For those that maybe new to Dokuga or just the exchange and have no idea what I am talking about, basically the Dokuga Holiday Exchange is a yearly secret Santa type deal where we exchange stories and fanart around Christmas. It was created by the lovely Momodesu a few years ago and I will be running it again this year. Unfortunately we were not able to run it last year.

The rules are pretty straight forward so make sure you read them before signing up. And remember, if you are a first timer make sure you send a link with a story, chaptered or one-shot but no drabble collections, with over 1500 words in your email.

If you have any questions, feel free to leave a comment here or send me a message. I look forward to you signing up .

The due date is September 30th for signing up.

Guidelines for prompts are in the rules link above. Make sure to send in your prompt asap as it is first come first served. Prompts can only be used once.

Side note: As always, I am looking for someone willing to do a fanart for the participation banner. We've had some lovely artists be kind enough to make us a special art piece for the banner and I would like to see it continue. Our way of thanking all of those that sign up and participate. So if you would be willing to do so, please let me know via message so we can keep it a secret until the banners are given out .

Second side note: Text is in color because of the theme. If it hurts anyone's eyes to read let me know and I will switch it to black.

@Pyreite No worries, I think we can all understand RL getting busy around the holidays . Hopefully next year will be a bit calmer for you .

Yay! The Holiday Exchange is back. 'throws confetti'. I was so sad that there was no Exchange last year, but it's back and I couldn't be happier. I already signed up. Is is October yet?

Awesome.

I would participate, but I won't have time to find a beta, plus from November onwards my RL work goes crazy prepping for the Xmas and New Years holidays. I'll be hella busy during December, and early January too. So I wouldn't be around for the story postings anyway.

I'd consider doing art, but I don't like doing fanart of canon characters. It's a bit of a pet peeve of mine.

As for my offered 1500 word writing style...I hope it's okay!! It's an idea I've been thinking about writing... but I'm uber shy with my writing..though. I must admit, I am tempted to post it up and see how people like it and continue with it.
