I'm not new to the site but I've never been on the forums before.

I believe it's best to skim or read through the links at the bottom of Dokuga Website if you are interested. The "SITE" and "RULES/TOS" pretty much introduce the site, its activity, and yep, rules.

As for the forum, it has categories and all.... But I'm still pretty much as confused as you are.

That's actually a really good question. I dunno! o.O! All I did I think was to do what DN suggested when I first came to Dokuga. I skimmed the main pages like TOS and About Us. They're usually a good start. I skimmed the rules afterwards I think. I can't really remember right now.

There you will find ALL the applicable forum rules, as well as rules for chat and posts in other public spaces.

I was thinking more of a sections where you post and just kind of introduce yourself (for the forum). I couldn't find anything.

OH! Yeah, Miss K (our beloved creator) never did create one of those.

Most people either use Off-topic discussion, or Self-promotion (especially if they're new to posting stories here). Just a post saying "hi, I'm your fanfiction neighbor" kind of thing works, I would think.

I thought about it but I did not see any other introduction post, so I didnt.

I feel weird. I have been a member of this site for so long and never once posted in the forums.

Not to worry, m'dear!! There are hundreds of members who've never posted in the forum before, so you're not alone by any means!

Still, thank you for taking the plunge and taking this chance to interact with your fellow Dokugans! You'll soon find that we LOVE interaction, and are more than happy to welcome more to the fold, so to speak.

And, as I've said before, if you have any questions, just holler at me or one of the other admins... we'll be happy to help if we can.
