Also Sesshoumaru/Rin - 'Snowbound' (RATED M) by Fenikkusuken is one of my all-time favs.

I love Sesshomaru and Rin father/daughter fics, Maria. <3 I have read a few Naraku/Kagome fics, Wonderbug. XD The pairing definitely has possibilities. Another one that has possibilities is Sango/Kouga. I have a thing for some villains and I love anti-heroes.

I'm not much of a fan of either Sango or Inuyasha, to me they both are very irrational, and abusive in one way or another. this isn't just something I've gotten from fanfiction, Sango hits miroku a lot, granted he does grope her, i cant see hitting someone in the head with a massive bone weapon, or constant slapping as okay. If she really doesn't like it I really think she should have just told him. And well I'm not going to even get started on Inuyasha.

Honestly in my mind Sesshomaru can only be with Kagome and/or and OC I dont actually like him with anyone else. Every time i have paired Sess/Rin, i usually murder her viciously. *shrugs* My inner fangirl is a Rin murderer....

Now I am really curious, because I have never read Kagome/Inupapa...

I read the fic Hate(Rated MA, No YIMS!)last week by Wheezambu, Aiko-san. I really enjoyed it. I have her bookmarked because she has more angsty Izayoi/Inupapa fanfiction.

I know! Isn't it fabulous?! I love the dark nature behind it! Ugh, I can read it a million times and never get bored. Another story you should try by her is the Damiyo series! (No YIMs) the triology starts with 'The Damiyo Inutaisho' then moves to 'The Damiyo's Son' and the finally which she is editing and has sadly been editing for years is 'The Damiyo's Lover' .... I just cannot get enough of her Inutaisho!!! He comes off so misunderstood and smexy! Nom nom!!

Pretty much how it goes for me is, I enjoy kag/sess when I'm writing. Now, if an author can deliver an make my jaw drop with how well written it is, you got me sold! I give major kudos to authors who can write pretty much anything and make me bow to them !

I used to love Inuyasha/Kagome pairing, but now I only ship Kagome/Sesshoumaru and Kagome/Inu no Taisho. Blame Kanna37 for writing some of the best InupapaKag story ever. I can't get enough of Splinter'd Realities (MA), that is one magnificent story.

Anyway, I notice that no one has mentioned this pairing: Kohaku/Kagome. I was actually dumbfounded when I see forthright writing them, but damn, it was so adorable and I can see it works whether it feels so, so surreal in Canon. I hope she continued it someday... *sighs*

For other characters' pairing, I like:
Shippo/Rin, either siblings or mates. They are so adorable together.
Kohaku/Rin. Kohaku is a sweet boy, and if they're paired up together, I think Rin would be the one to propose him.
Inuyasha/Kagura. That woman can put a leash on a brash Inuyasha lol.
Inuyasha/Kikyou... when authors portray her as the woman she was when she's still living.
Inu no Taisho/SessMama. I don't know.. I ship them more than Inupapa and Izayoi.
Inuyasha/Kanna.. I remember reading The Flower Girl and squealed over the pairing. Cuteness overload.

I am committing the ultimate sin, but yes I do ship Kagome x Kouga. I like wolves too! I can't help it!

I have hear so much about these kag/ inupapa stories by kanna, I just haven't really had the time to read anything with how sporadic my time had been going. I have to check that out!
