I've only begun reading your fic yesterday night... and I have not yet slept cause I've been reading it all through the night!  lol  Man, gonna need some coffee soon...  This is such a great story and I like the fact that both Kagome and Sesshoumaru don't give in to their forced mating so quickly.  It was a very good idea for you to have their relationship progress up to this point (and later when I read the rest of the chapters you have up) and having so many chapters for this story makes it possible for the gradual change from hate grow into what they have now was perfect!  I am in awe at your ability to write! I am definitely looking forward to reading the rest! (^_^)

Btw, Brazil? I just remembered something as I was reading and did a little jig in my head. lol  Maybe its kind of pointless but Brazil was one of the top countries in which japanese laborers immigrated to in the early 1900s.  It makes sense why there's a youkai doctor named Izumi (definitely japanese) there as he probably left them.  Anyway, pointless, but I still find that small detail really cool.  lol  

I think this story is amazing and should be seen as a gift to us, the readers.  When you update you update that is all there is to it!  You've done a beautiful job showing such an amazing range of emotions in the characters.  Watching Kagome and Sesshoumaru struggle with different situations and emotions has kept me reading chapter after chapter.  These last few chapters has me hoping for the best and wishing for them to actually be together.  But alas this is a story and real life has to come first. So, with that said I will thank you one more time for sharing your gift of storytelling and will wait until you are able to update again. 

I'm just going to add on to what everyone else is saying.  You're awesome; they suck.  Don't listen to the people flaming you.  You are a wonderful writer who brightens so many peoples day with your words and creativity.  Please don't let them bother you, there are plenty of us who love you and what you do for us here at dokuga.  Thank you for any and all updates, regardless of when they come.

hopefully Sesshomaru can temper the beast so he's not too in control when they merge. Sessho sure has several playing cards in his favor...1 mate is comfortable with HIM not the beast 2 she's freaked out by the beast and that isn't good for the pup

I've enjoyed this story a great deal, especially watching you improve as a writer, and you have improved a lot from your earliest chapters.  These days your dialog comes across with a great deal more ease and flow, I like your descriptions of the characters' reactions.  It's easy to feel what they're feeling because you've written it well, Madison.

As for those who choose to stop reading because your real life must come first, try not to let them bug you: you have to take care of life first, and fanfic does have to wait sometimes.  I'm really glad you're able to write again, and I hope to see more of this fic in the near future, but if you need a hiatus, I'll still come back when you're ready to write again.  I think the story is worth the wait!  XD

They are growing stronger and stronger with each passing day, it's funny that Kouga realizes it and they don't. ~laughs~ Sometimes Kouga can be smart. I can't believe that he basically got Sesshomaru to realize his feelings for Kagome. And that Kagome heard the conversation. They are so going to be madly in loooove when Kiyoshi comes into this world.  I can't wait until Kiyoshi comes. I have a feeeling that he is going to be a very healthy premature baby. ~sighs blissfully~ You are doing a very excellent job with this story! Keep up the good work!

I can only thank you for the nice story you have so far written and can only express my hopes that you will keep doing so. I feel sorry whenever I read about authors being pushed or bitched at for not updating fast enough. That is not my case and rest assured that I do understand how real life works and would never blackmail someone to get faster updates. You are doing a wonderful job and if we want well written stories then we have to bring up the patience and wait. I am sure you are doing your bets and I think that is what matters. I myself am an author and have not updated in ages due to the fact that I am revising the old chapters of my story while at the same time working an 8 hour job. There is not much of the day left when I come at home. So I am just saying thank you for the hard job on this story and can tell you that well done!!!! Hopefully I did express myself right....well. such a sweet ending. and i'm glad you've chosen to bring kouga back, and that even though he's the same obnoxious wolf, he's still just as lovable. I have a soft spot for kouga so it ruffles my feathers when he's turned into this horrid person... lol I've been lurking for several chapters - I usually only comment when i have constructive critisism or thoughts to express... if I'm just enjoying the story but have nothing important to say, I dont usually say anything. Anyhoo, I thought I'd review anways because you were so sad this time. I can't believe people would threaten with not continuing to read because you went a WHOLE TWO WEEKS without updating - heck I've never updated sooner than 2 weeks and my latest update came over a month past the prior one. (There were Real Life things that were much more pressing that needed my attention, so I get what you are saying about real life taking presidence...and it should.) Anyways, I really enjoyed this chapter. I thought that although it was kinda a "filler" chapter, it had important events happening in it to get our couple to the next stages of their relationship, whatever that may be.

I really love this story and have so looked forward to reading new chapters. I believe that most readers do appreciate your efforts of not only writing a very detailed story that is full of emotion and style, but also your being able to update it fairly regularly. I fully understand that real life gets in the way a lot of the time, but your efforts are appreciated and I for one look forward to both the continuation of this story as well as the hope for new ones.

Don't let anyone push you, you update very frequently!  Good things come to those who wait, and the quality of your writing is more important than the frequency of updating.  Authors have real lives too, and sometimes a lot is going on that readers don't know about or understand. 

I tried reading this fic when it just had a few chapters. I didnt like it then but sometime back I decided to try again since it was always praised. I really do enjoy this story. You are giving them time to realize what is going on and it is also realistic level. Afterall she has been through it will take a long time to develop a trust to be intimate should it ever happen.

I read where you have not been updating as oftern. That is no biggie to me and I am sure the same for many others, they just dont review. You are real person not getting paid for this, this is a hobby and something you enjoy. Sometimes other more important things come up and that takes presidence (sp?) before this.

Ours and Love Mate how the hell did the beast do it? i noticed with the bath sceen it is every simliar to an early chapter where the Sesshomaru spoke instead of the beast. But the watch should have stopped that shouldnt it or is the watch breaking down i mean sesshomaru did use it three times in a row in the chapter rescue could the watch be broken or something?

Kouga the wolf prince got a reaction out of sesshomaru and proving that Ssshomaru si starting to have feelings for her. woo woo you know i think kouga being there is going to be the push sesshomaru needs to actully be with Kagome.

I want Kiyoshi to be born!!!!!!!!!!!!! yah i know got a few weeks left.
