Okay so normally I can find fanfics quite easily, but I'm pretty stumped. I'm pretty sure it's a bit older.

Rin gets taken by this village of miko. This village promotes "working" with yokai partners... who are subjugated.

Rin is going to be sacrificed. Sesshomaru can't get into the village on his own. He enlists Kagome's help, she has to learn how to be a yokai-owning kind of miko, they go through a training process and Sesshomaru gets beads which if I recall right, his activate word was "Down/Down boy." He sits down and his mokomoko is a tail in this fic, and makes a ? shape when he's forced to sit.

They sneak in, find Rin, barely save her, turns out the miko are bad miko (oh deer). Rin almost gets thrown off a cliff and the day is saved.

Please tell me someone else remembers this!
