Update 6-4-10

Hello all! Just wanted to put a quick update on here. I don't think I'll delete my account, but as I have mentioned on more than one occasion, I will soon be retiring from writing. But before I do, I am definitely planning to finish my last two stories, Remnants of the Spider, and Absolution's Pursuit. I know that updates have been infrequent and unpredictable, and I'm really sorry about that, I just have not been finding a lot of inspiration to write as of late.

Just hang in there with me guys! I really am planning to at least finish these last two stories. I like them a lot and do not want to leave them unfinished!

No problem! I don't think my review did your story justice at all, but I'm glad you appreciated it. I'm sure your older stuff isn't as bad as you think. Even as people grow as writers, there's always something that is their essence in their writing.

I think you must be pretty popular if you were one of the first writers I heard about on Dokuga. Haha. But I really am glad that I decided to read it. I really look forward to reading the rest of the story!

I think you did a great job on the chibis! Kagome looks adorable and the overall pic is really good. If you are interested in doing a kind of hair that (IMHO) goes better with soft shading, I have a shiny hair tutorial that might help.

I did save the jpg of your hair tutorial some time back but I'm awfully s-l-o-w on getting it right! I'm working on it, I swear. Hee... For now I'll do the quick and dirty by slapping on half-baked cel-style hair shading. Once I get the hang of your tutorial, I'll show the results off to the world!

Btw, I love 'Absolution's Pursuit.'
