breathe

Hair as black as night,

Skin as pale as white.

Drowning eyes that hold the ocean,

Glossy like a mirror.

Reflecting pain,

Drowning love.

A heart aches,

The pain too much.

A piece of her dies,

Her heart shatters.

Her heart bleeds.

It hurts for her to breathe,

As she runs from it all.

Love lost,

Never again to be found.

Her soul another's.

Ripped from her body,

And into the other's.

Pain, sorrow, and hate,

The only things she feels.

A reflection is she,

Or so she believes.

But she is more,

Or so another says.

Hair as white as snow,

Skin as cold as ice.

Burning eyes that hold the sun,

Hot like a fire.

Reflecting angry,

Killing love.

A heart of ice,

No pain to feel.

A piece of him dies,

But heart remains.

Never bleeding.

Nothing hurts for him to feel,

As he runs from it all.

Love not lost,

For its never been found.

His soul his,

Not of another's.

A soul so broken,

A beast remains.

Nothing is what he feels.

A killer is he,

Or so he believes.

But he is more,

Or so says one more.
