Who do you think is the best pairing other than Sess/Kag? Let your little minds wander on this one. I think that Kouga/Sango would make a good pair. I actually wrote a oneshot about that. So, let's hear yours!

Naraku/Kagome makes a good pair.


I've read so many fanfictions with making Naraku evil, and i decided to make him good in mine..


It's really a very interesting pair. Kagome and Naraku i mean.

I've read several fanfics about N/K and i absolutely loved it

My favorite non-canon besides Kagome and Sesshoumaru, would have to be Inuyasha and Kouga. Might sound a bit strange since it's M/M but I think it's hot lol.

Hmmm besides Kag/Sess...I've read a few Kagome/Naraku ones that were nice. I recently started to read a few Kagome/Inutaisho ones that are quite good, but the authors don't update too often.

I LOVE KOUGA/KAGOME! I do.. I'll admit, but I have never really read a good multi-chapter fic. It's not a very deep pairing that needs lots of work to make it realistic like Kag/Sess, but it makes for a good oneshot.

My other favorite would be Rin/Sesshoumaru. There are some really good ones of those. The Pearl. Full Circle by Inu-saga. Both are wonderful.

I was a closet Sesshomaru/Sango fan long before I was a Sesshomaru/Kagome fan. I love the monk, but I always found the demon lord/demon slayer pairing to be pretty steamy. I couldn't for the life of me tell you why. Maybe it's the fact that he allowed Sango's brother to tag along with him towards the end or the fact that I like Sango better than I like Kagome overall (don't stone me!!). I dunno. Sadly I don't really see much interest in this odd pairing on the Internets, not like I do for the Sess/Kag or Sess/Rin pairings.

I've never looked for anything beyond the Sess/Kag pairing in the Inuyasha universe... it's the same thing for my other pairings (Draco/Hermione and Zuko/Katara from Harry Potter and Avatar the Last Airbender). When I ship a pairing, I ship it very obsessively. And once I find a couple to support in a show, I don't look for any others... Is that weird?

I love Inu/Sango. I also enjoy Kouga/Rin and I'm starting to love Inupapa/Kagome as well

Bank/Kags or Hiten/Kags. I like those pairings...I also really like the Naraku/Kags. Let's see...That moth guy, from the first movie...I see him and Kagome...I saw other mothy guy, Gotsuki? I think? Anyways, I saw him with Sango. I like Kirara/Sesshomaru pairing(It's all in me mind that Kirara has a human form.) Oh, let's face it. I love a lot of pairings! InuPapa is good, to me, with both Kagome and Sango. (Let's not forget the koga/Inu etc.)

I can see Sesshoumaru with Kagura or Yura (the latter only a fling)
I can only see Kikyo with Naraku or Inuyasha
For some reason I can picture Kanna and Hakudoshi (I dunno why?)

Ok this list just ran rampant....

I have two:

Kouga/Kagome (wrote a one-shot to that effect - I think they're hot together, personally)

Naraku/Kikyou (twisted and dark but incredibly interesting and layered too proving there's a fine line between hate and love)

I'm a closet Miroku/Kagome fan, I admit. I also like InuYasha/Sango, as well as Kouga/Kagura. I like the irony of that one.

I forgot about that one. I actually like Kouga/Kagura as well (especially before it became really clear in the manga/anime that she had eyes only for Sess). One story made me like it...had him save her in the final battle and in return she had to produce children for the tribe, basically to replace all the tribesman they lost. Of course they fall for each other and all sorts of other complications ensue between them and the tribe, their feelings, etc. I'm not doing that story nearly enough justice, but it was great.

This pairing reminded me of another. I've always liked the Miroku/Ayame pairing as well. She's only in the anime, but I thought she'd be a good match for the monk.

This thread has given me an idea for a shortfic (like a five chappy fic), but as for my favorite pairings;
