Hi my fellow shippers!How's your Day? I have seen so many inukag thing's today going around on tumblr, an event they called "Inukag Week" and this made me wondering if we can also have "SessKag Week"? That can be hosted on an active sesskag tumblr account and also in this site.

There was a SessKag week two years ago I think, hosted by the sesskag blog on Tumblr, there are still tags to it in the blog sidebar.

But anyway, I think it would be a great idea! We don't get that many fandom events so I think it'd be a lot of fun. And with announcing it here on Dokuga as well we'd probably see more participation than there was to the sesskag week last time, it's not the most active tumblr fandom after all.

I'd personally love to participate... But if you're planning to host this somewhere in the next two months I'm not sure I can spare the time. The semester is nearing its end and with deadlines looming for several essays and additional smaller assignments I'm not gonna have the time or energy for a one shot marathon. The downside of going back to uni...

Yeah..what's the best theme for this event?

So when is the better date to set this event?

For me personally (and probably for others attending school/uni), some time during the summer?

The last time SessKag week was hosted it was in August. I'd say anywhere from late June to early August, but you should poll other people too, see what their opinions are.

Maybe make a post on your tumblr blog and ask who'd be interested and when it would be a suitable time for them? Or see how people respond to this thread? What say you, Dokuga?

I agree with Chie, i too returned to education and have nightmares about my essays and structured reports, i am wrapping it up now but still need some time. but i would like to participate as well so maybe in May? End of may would be better? Please give opinions! It's a great idea and i will wait for the decision! Take care!

Yeah, end of May might be doable too, most of my schoolwork is due before 21st of May. If you don't want to wait.

Oh...yeah..i've checked it and it's been 2 years since they've hosted this event, to be honest i didn't own this sesskag tumblr blog sesskag.tumblr.com/post/125765999662/sesskag-week

they'd hire me to manage the account,and now i need your help and ideas to make this happen.

Hey, darling! Well, I think July and August are the best months.
I don't know many things about the event, being new in this fandom xD or better said being new in a group who is shipping sesskag is hard to keep up with everyone.
I read some stories from the previous sesskag week event and I think we should change some things. It was quite boring. I was reading stories, we're doing it everyday... why not something new? Of course there can be stories and doujinshi, video... and who is good in games, that would be interesting (o.o) I would love it! There would be awesome to have a meeting, but maybe in the future =))) I'm dreaming a lot, yes, I know...
Anyway, I would like to try some sesskag games (o.o)

How about first week of june? Chie-sama? Or middle week of june?

Week starting with 4th/5th June might be doable (dunno if we're going Sunday to Saturday or Monday to Sunday?), I have some lectures for a summer class but those will only take up 4 hours or so per day.

Rest of June after that, I have a friend's wedding and then there's midsummer which I've traditionally gone to celebrate with my best friend and her fiancé so I will out of town quite a bit...

But again, it's not just about my schedule but about the majority!

Oh...someone had commented that June was already booked for kogkag week, so how about month of july?

I have no plans for July, July's good to me. Though maybe not the first week of July, I seem to recall our American friends have some holiday or other around that time.

I can work on making those. It'll give me something to do for my return to the fandom.
They can be summer based prompts and challenges.

Yes second week of July is fine for me as well, hopefully no more assignment then so i vote for that and maybe from Monday to Sunday? for me Monday usually is aligned with beggining or new star so...

July is good for me too! Also not the first week tho.
Pesky 4th of July. I work at a movie theater, anything happening around that time is a no go for me.

I volunteer as tribute to make banners/tokens.
Anyone wanna supply some art?

And also the challenges and prompts, like you I'm just so excited...and can't sleep thinking over this....gush...

Oh some arts tho i have many of it but first we need to secure permissions from those artist in order to use their art safe for this event. Maybe we can also ask lord maru and Sayuri watanabe foe their artworks.?
