I think that is only if they remove your banner. Then it has to be approved before you can post it again.

Scarlett, you must have read Wiccan's message pertaining to the new forum signature rules. XD Your banner in your signature does not have to be approved before you can use it as long as the banner is appropriate for all ages AND it is not used for solicitation and commercial advertisement. Also, your banner can not exceed a certain size.

If the admins feel that your banner needs to be removed for being inappropriate, THEN you would need to speak with an admin about your banner and only after they approve your banner are you able to post that into your signature.

Judging on your banner though, it is not inappropriate, it does not exceed the size limitation, and it is not being used as commercial advertisement. There should be no reason for the admins to remove the banner, which means there's no need to speak with an admin about having your banner approved.

So... in conclusion, yes, your signature banner should be okay!

The only problem I could see is if the artwork was copyrighted. If not, then I'm sure your banner is fine. We only need to approve if there are problems, like copyrighted artwork, questionable wording, or size too big.
