I don't know if this possible to bring back, but I miss the ratings, genre, and type of the story included in the description of the stories on the main page. Sometimes I'm in the mood for a smutty oneshot , and other times I'm looking for a longer story. I don't know about anyone else, but I tend to be wary of just reading a description and jumping right in, I like to know what I am getting myself into! Also, are we still able to tell when a story has been completed? Thank you so much for all your hard work!

Properties, ratings, and other basic info should be displayed under each story now.

This is a suggestion/request, I don't know if its been requested already so please disregard this if it has. I was wondering if it was possible to add a feature that saves stories to a sort of "plan/want to read list" that you can refer back to at a later time?

The reason I asked is because I'll see something or a few things that I want to read and can't at that exact moment and by the time I get around to it I've completely forgotten what it was and in most cases too lazy to look for it(lol). I wouldn't want to add it to my favorites because as bad as my memory is bad and I won't be able to distinguish between stories I've read and those I planned to read.

Someone asked for a feature awhile back to mark a chapter as read/unread, I think these two ideas could be combined fairly easily. It wouldn't provide any technical challenges to implement, but fanart needs some serious love as soon as I get the fanfiction stable.

when i add a fic to my favorites list it adds it twice to my list so i get the same fic twice its nothing huge but i thought you might want to know

Im having problems finding fics while using search. I know it starts with an a. THats it so i was wondering if you could have a button that puts all the stories in alphabetcal order? That would help a lot when u cant rember the full name or univeres or rating.

I tried using the up/down buttons when I was adding a new chapter into the middle of a story and they didn't work it's not so big of a deal just thought I'd tell you.

I'm having trouble editing a picture I posted here. I changed/fixed somethings on the picture but when I try to reupload it a message appears and says: Platform Error
An error has occurred while interacting with the platform.

Is there anyone who can help?

yeah i have found this error and i am working on it. Might be a while before i figure it out. Most people dont have any issues uploading but some are getting this error.

When I got rid of it, that giant 3-4 page of space between the title bar and the fanfiction selection dissappeared. Now this is only for the Fanfiction page. The coding is proably different on the other pages, but the Fafiction is where I want to go the most so this was the problem that iggied me the most. I don't enjoy using Firefox, but more and more people are loading stories here so I wanted to help get rid of this problem so I could get to them.

Thank you so much, sorry it took so long to respond. We've had a few people that had this issue, and could never replicate it in IE or IE6 on my end, so I couldn't figure out what the problem was exactly.

I went ahead and axed this section of code so that it's no longer called. Is the problem solved on your end?

OMG yes the fanfiction area looks so much better.

I looked more into the problem and its its more a style script coding error. Since you have the code loaded into separate file I can't exactly mess with it to see what would fix the problem. I'm thinking its the messurments for the grey bar thats messing everything up. If you want to send me a copy of the script file for the bar so I could twik it for you since I'm one of the people that have an issue viewing this website.

Plus I have IE 8 so this mit be a upgrade issue on style codes, you never know.

I think IE 8 doesn't like all those div commands. it sees it as space commands. so for everytime u use a div for an id place holder it will space that area........

yep it worked. I got rid of the div parts and left the ids which still works and the empty spaces went away. So I quess this means IE 8 has changed some rules in coding.

ok rewind that. The ids and class codes still need a place holder they just can't be div commands.

When the IE beta came out, I upgraded and Dokuga looked horrendous. I made a bunch of changes then, but I haven't updated my IE since then so some things may be different. I'm going to sent our files to you via the email on your account.

ok looking at some Html forums, there are people having the same problems when using the software u guys have. The div command and ID;class issues. So its back to my original theory where the script styling code for these ids and classes are a little off the mark. So some one has to go into the style script page and twik around a bit.

I sent you the files that make up the template and all the template CSS files.

wow this stuff is mad crazy. I found what I need to change but this thing is so hardcore interlaced that if I change where it can read the files off my computer it drops several images. So I'm breaking its own little code for reading its style sheets. :-p This is why I stick to hand written code

Yeah, it gets really intense. I handcode PHP, the CSS stuff just annihilates me so hard. I'm getting your test zone set up. If you have to drop something we can just tuck it in somewhere else. I'll email you when the files are done uploading.

Yeah!!!, we did it!!! I fixed you showcase, it was off a bit. So now it looks good for both Ie8 and Firefox
