The home page is having a bit of a glitch. The forum lettering is running over and cutting into the fanfiction section. Is this happening to anyone else?

Only on my phone. I'm guessing because it's reading I/K/S as all one word there and it doesn't know where to cut it for wrapping.

Probably depends on what platform, OS, and Browser you're running. Go glitches for me and I'm on PC with Windows 8, running Firefox 45.0.

Everything works fine.

If its looking weird on a mobile than it's probably 'cause the site's not developed fora mobile platform.

If not than you might need to update your OS patches if you're running Windows, and your browser to the latest version.

If that doesn't do it than it could be plugin versus page scripting conflicts. Which isn't unusual for Firefox plugins.

It's running over on Chrome as well. Don't ask me which windows version I'm using (old laptop).

Yes, words are running freely on my Chrome browser too. And there seems to be something off about the art panels too.... Has there always been the 6-petal hexagon pattern in the background of the fanarts? I might have missed it all this time

Nopes, nothing for moi. Everything looks fine.

Could someone post a screendump to show what's happening?

Might be easier to understand if we can see what you do.

I'm running Win7 with the latest Firefox update... and am not experiencing any problems. From my experience, the site cooperates best with Firefox or Chrome, but it helps to clear cookies and history when you switch to a different browser.

that topics replies because the first part is longer with no breaks in it than the box is wide. It's forcing the bounds and disorienting everything. Once those move off the activity list then it should go back to normal for everyone.

It looks better on my end as well I usually read Doug's on my kindle fire so that may have been a part of why it was looking weird from my end. I took a screen shot but could post it. But I'm glad it got fixed out admins are amazing!! XD

The site is hard coded with specific widths for the sections (160'ish px for the left side IIRC), and on really long titles the word wrapping doesn't happen correctly as it's a table inside of multiple div's (with a span inside each table cell).

Some browsers handle the wrapping better than others. Some see the span that each listing is a part of and try to keep it together even if it overflows (which is what the image is showing).

Yeah... multi-browser support sucks. :/
