Hopefully the problem will be solved quickly.

Yes, FaerieDearest, it means that the site will not be accessible for a while. It also means that some things may not work right when it does come back up, because they have to move all the files to a new server. Hopefully, though, all problems can be quickly worked out!

Ugh, that took a stupidly long time for everything to get back (*crosses fingers*) in place...

There very well may be issues crop up. So *please* let me know if you run into any problems and I'll get to it as soon as I'm able.

Thank goodness for the Facebook page! Was very informative for getting updates on what was going on! Thank you to the admin for getting the site back up so fast, I'm sure everyone is relieved!

I did not know that the site was going to be down and I freaked out haha. I tried hitting the links and it would download and give me the code. I am sooo glad that it's back up and running. I tried looking for the facebook page and am having a hard time finding it, would anyone be able to give me a link for it, please??

I've been surfing to check for buggy things, and so far the only thing I've discovered is profiles don't display properly like they used to. Instead of neat little tabs they are appearing as one really long page.

And this downtime showed me I have no life without this site. Lol I was so bored

I wasn't sure if you guys wanted to know what 'bugs' there are, but I just found that I couldn't preview a post, nor could I change the font color.

Same here! I read an update after work and then I tried later that night and the site was down. I'm so glad everything is working again!

bugs I've noticed:

1. color changing in replies in forums
2. no reply preview in forums
3 profiles are tabless and are all laid out flat. Even when you go to edit them. same thing in the edit.
4. www.dokuga.com/groups?action=gj.core.categories.showcategory&catid=3
groups will only let you see the top 5 nothing beyond that.

so far that's all i see

It seems to me that it's a javascript problem. I'm betting there's permission issues on some of the files.

Shouldn't be to hard to trace (Should be all sorts of permission errors for me to see), so should all be fixed at some point tomorrow.

So glad I saw Wiccan's post that the site was going to be down or I would have freaked out when nothing showed up.

I not sure it's a bug since I noticed it before the downtime but did someone change the way fanart is displayed when you search or looking at the recently added fanart? It used to be several images per row/line going across the page but now it's one image per row making a long page. I'm just curious if it was supposed to be that way now.

(edit) I just looked at other areas and they are not displaying different. So far it's searched images and images from the links on the menu bar (recently added and most viewed) that shows up this way.

Yeah, this is a bigger issue than just a CSS/javascript file not being able to be read. :/

I took a quick look earlier, and there was nothing jumping out at me for missing files, so it's going to take a bit of debugging to figure out why it isn't doing the right thing.

I hate it when things decide they want to do something they're not supposed to.

When I'm in forums and replying, as well as going back to give karma. It usually has always just taken me back on its own. both times i did it today i had to force it back by pressing the button. I think in 4 or so years i've only had to dot hat 5 times. today i did it twice in 5 minutes.
