I hate it when I leave the caps off of my expensive supplies. Because "I'll be right back"-- and something shiny pulls me away... for a week...

Anyone else do silly things like this?

oh noes! D: how many? can you try adding alcohol and seeing if they will lives again?

and i've done it plenty! though not as much in recent years on markers, felt tip pens on the other hand :l

They are my fine-tip liners, so I don't think anything will save them. I can try alcohol to revive them... but I have been known to do the same thing with my Prismas, Crayolas, and Sharpies.

i think after i killed my second copic but before i figured out that you could pull the tips off and reload i murdered 2 or 3 by forgetting to make sure that the CLICK! when closing, i have found though that sometimes if you cap them back up even after killing them and leave them be for a bit sometimes the full damage isn't as bad as we thought before. And i'm not totally 100% on the alcohol i know that's what the colorless blender for copics is, but i dunno how it'll end up treating the color of the tool. Perhaps Kayka might know! she's the only person on Dokuga i know that REALLY uses them on a daily for serious arts besides yourself, even i only hobby with mine so i dunno all about them that much!

Art blunders, yah I been there too. Like I bought a tablet and used GIMP to digitally ink a piece of Sesshy fanart I did last year. My lines and horribly shaky even though the image looks OK. I find out the next day that GIMP actually allows you to 'smooth' the lines as you draw with the brushes.

My line-art could have been so much smoother.

Now I'm too lazy to re-do the lineart.

Bleh.

Will add the smoothing in LOL for future linearts from now on.
