I remember seeing that on Pixiv. Can't remember the artist though, and trying to find it is a bit tricky as the site's in Japanese for the most part...

Since I do not read Japanese/Korean/whichever alphabet either the pivix or other site have I will toss this up there.

A quick reverse image search brought me here, and since there is something akin to a copyright post in the corner (which, if this is the original artist was easily erased out) However, since it is a tumblr-ish site it also could have been a reblog, or someone put their own info in place on the art. The same can be said for the pivix site, I am a member of several art theft rings on livejournal, and pivix isn't that much better than dA when it comes to it's users treating it like a photobucket rather than an art site.
