My husband and I recently bought and played a game called The Game of Things... wherein you draw a random card and read off the card and everyone comes up with the "thing". It's quite fun and very amusing so I do suggest you pick it up sometime soon.

All that aside, after we finished our game my husband said: "You should use these as prompts for one of your writing games."

So, now that you know how this game came to be let me tell you how it will work!

I will draw a card (randomly!) and then put the prompt here in an ongoing list. Your challenge will be to write something using the prompt. It can be a drabble, a series of oneshots, or chapters - whatever floats your boat. It must involve Sesshomaru and Kagome but they do not have to be romantically involved - genre and rating are entirely up to you. (However, if you post a link to it here please provide the rating.) Every day there will be a new prompt. (Excusing emergencies and whatnot.) I give the prompt, your duty - should you choose to accept it - will be to come up with the thing and use that in your writing.

Note: You do not have to use the "prompts" that I give you in your story, in fact you should try not to. Think of it like Jeopardy!, I give you the answer and you give me the question. Here, I give you this prompt and you come up with what the "thing" is and then write based off your "thing". Everyone's response will be different and some will be surprising and funny, that is the point!

I want to participate, Zan, but I'm kind of confused. So the prompt is literally "things you shouldn't use as an opening line"? Should I include it word for word in my drabble?

Thanks you so much for the clarification, Zan. What you meant and what I thought you meant were totally different! I'm glad I didn't go straight ahead and try to write the prompt without asking. It would have been disastrous. Haha.

I'd like to clarify that these will be posted daily but you do not have to use them in any specific order or even at all! The challenge is finding a thing and using that for your story, not in using all of them! (If you do and use them in order I will be impressed!)
