What I remember about the story:

It's set in modern times.
Sesshoumaru has a son and they call him Lord Shin.
He's very young - not even a year old.
The child is not happy with anyone except Sesshoumaru.
He barely tolerates his grandmother.
Kagome is hired to play the piano for some function at Sesshoumaru's home.
Sesshoumaru's mother is keeping the child so Sesshoumaru can get some work done.
Lord Shin hears the piano being played and demands that his grandmother go to the music.
Kagome meets Lord Shin and he just takes right to her.
Lord Shin is not happy with anyone except Sesshoumaru and/or Kagome.
Kagome agrees to become Lord Shin's nanny/caretaker.
Kagome is really wealthy in her own right.
She agrees to take care of Lord Shin not for the money, but because he really needs her.

The story is not complete (or if it is I missed it!).
